Discus and support Matchmaking service alert. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm having the same issue on Xbox 360 in Oregon.     I'm having the same issue on Xbox 360 in Oregon. Both profiles in the bedroom have matchmaking problems 99/100 times. Sometimes it works fine. But the same router runs my 360 in the living room and there are no problems. I just bought another year of
    XBL and it's just getting wasted with this problem that Xbox seems to be keeping quiet.

    okay well it's defintely an Xbox live issue affecting the xbox360 platform and specific games, namely mmo type games

    So a bunch of nerds working at xbox can't figure these things out in two weeks? What BS. Juat kidding but it it still bs. Give some money back. I can't even enjoy my entertainment for the last week. If i do it has been very little of it.

    I'm having the same problem. Can not play Cod Black ops 2. It either doesn't start matches or disconnects from Xbox live after a min of playing. I have an Xbox 360 and have tried everything suggested. Just started a new live membership and now can't even
    use it.

    The problem is not with u but with them, they have to fix the social and gaming error then it will be fine,

    But this is taking way to long

    And we just keep on paying fee, GREAT!!!

    Same here Matchmaking service alert. :( Same Issue... my game is Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfare. NOT HAPPY XBOX Matchmaking service alert. :(

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Currently there is not a service alert up related to matchmaking, and since this thread is older, I recommend posting a new thread with specific details of the issue that is occurring. Be sure to include your router and modem
    model numbers as well! That way the community can provide support tailored specifically to you! Matchmaking service alert. :)

    I am having this issue, if it was maintanence. Why'd it take a year?. I been getting repeatedly signed out of xbox live. I reset my router and xbox, unplugging etc. Still the service alert is there. Giving a solution would be helpfull. Really annoyed with
    microsoft.

    Hi there, Legend. Could you please state the exact message you're receiving and any error codes attached to the message. Have you tried resetting your router at home?
