Matchmaking service alert.

Hello for the last few days i have been getting the error message and cant play world of tanks i get into a game and 2-5 mins in i get disconnected from world of tanks or disconnected from xbox live. i have tryed dmz, UPnP, manual network setup, clearing
cache, deleting my profile. and nothing has worked im also connected with a wire not wireless.

xbox please fix this as i have spent money in world of tanks for premium time that i now can not use because of a xbox issue.

This is an old post pertaining to a service alert in april, not necessarily the one your getting right now, at the moment Xbox live is experiencing some issues, and they're pulling maintenance, everything will be fixed soon.

 

K1ll4Le55 this sounds like the exact issue I'm having, but with gta5. I can play other games, and can even play gta5 online for 2-5 minutes before I get disconnected. It just started doing this and it appears to be a NAT issue, and none of the solutions
they recommended helped. I've reset so many times, I have a public IP, upnp is enabled, dmz and port forwarding didn't help, reset system cache, deleted and redownloaded profile...none of it solved the issue. Also connected with wired.

Where do you live? Any chance it's near lisle,Illinois? I'm suspecting it might be a Comcast problem...I just don't understand why it started doing this...it has worked fine for the last year and I didn't change anything,..

Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

Can you try change your console's DNS configuration, to a different, public, DNS server (Google).

Here's how:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
   
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
   
4. Select Configure Network.
5. On the Basic Settings tab, select DNS Settings.
   
6. Select Manual.
7. Select Primary DNS Server.
8. Enter 8.8.8.8
9. Select Secondary DNS Server.
10. Enter 8.8.4.4
11. Select Done again.
12. Press the B button on your controller, and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
    

Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

 

Ah the incredible matchmaking service alert that everyone has but no one at Xbox is acknowledging. Utterly dreadful customer service. Im not paying for a service Im not getting any longer. Shameful.

 

Same in Italy, unable to play WoT, every 4/5 min, I have been disconnected. This morning Microsoft Help desk gave me advice to setting the connection manually. So I did, setting IP and sunbet mask.

Then refreshing 3 times cache on hard disk, turned off Xbox360, deleted and restored from net xbox live profile. Turned off, on, play WOT..... Nothing to do. Disconneting me too. PS Xbox live gold cost money !! Service dont work ....

 

Taidra i just tryed the new dns settings and i get the same match making thing with moderate NATS, any thing i can try more? im running comcast with a linksys e1000, by the way on my xbox one every game works fine.

 

Neddymorai I think the Xbox service alert issue has something to do with mine craft, cloud storage, and achievement issues. Items I don't care about, but it is a bit coincidental that these issues started happening at the same time for all of us.

Taidara I also tried the DNS things you mentioned, with no success. As this looks to be an issue that is affecting only certain games like gta 5 and WoT, please see how widespread these issues are and if there is a link with the service alert issues because
they started around the same time. KillaLee, you have Comcast as well? What part of the country do you live in?

 

Taidara I've also been getting error code 8015190e quite frequently while logging in, this appears to be a wide spread problem. One downdetector user reports "can't log into live at all, or If I do get on im booted right after I get into destiny", very similar
to the experience we have indicated; that we can play for 2-3 mins and then we get disconnected from online play. What on your end is causing this?

 

As to it says for minecraft, but unfortunately it seems to be effecting everything. Xbox support is suspiciously quite about it

 

Same here in upstate NY. It's been since the 15th. Not able to play Destiny and even logging into XBOX Live is impossibly or disconnects quickly...it's more than just one or two games when you can't even log in to watch Netflix.

 

guys please mention whether you are playing on Xbox360 or xbox1.

 

i have both but this is only happening on my 360

 

Everything you guys above me said, is happening to me also. I have tried ALL of those things several times. I have reformatted my HDD, which as you can imagine is a huge set back. I have contacted xbox, my isp, my router/modem manufacterer, and Wargaming.
Noone has been of any help! They try... I do all the things they tell me, but with no success.

I live in VA, I have a motorola sbg6782-ac, Cox internet. I'm trying to play world of tanks. Is there a Port i should be using that im not aware of?
