Matchmaking service alert, three days so far...

Microsoft, when are you going to even acknowledge you are failing to provide the entire service that people are paying for. Have you become another corporation that doesn't care about their customers? Your reputation icontinues to erode and consumers will
walk away from your products permanently. There is clearly a fault at your end but you refuse to inform consumers of attempts, if any, to rectify this.

Still getting disconnected still have matchmaking alert to. Why won't anyone even try to answer this or give any information what might be causing this and some type of fix?

im playing mortal kombat and getting the same rubbish ( matchmaking error alert ) not good xbox, I'm not a fan of this! sort it out.

I'm still having the same issue. I hope they fix this matchmaking service alert soon. I tried everything on my end. I even upgraded my Internet service and had their techs my service. I'm hardwired right off the switch and still no luck.

yeah I tired alot of games that where muti players on live, same thing, connection is good just says matchmaker service alert.. even check youtube for help and hard wired everything.. just so frustrating, hopefully it gets fixed asap.... thx for the response
at least I know me and you have same issue thought it was just me.

Same problem here to, sick and tired of it i paid $60 for a year of service that is not being provided. Was goin to up grade console to xbone but why would do that and go through this?

i will upgrade to a ps4 till microsoft can prove they can keep me connected to live on my 360s . Hmm the more i think about it i dont think i will ever upgrade to xbone after this headache
