Match making issues Xbox one

So. I have been getting this issue for a few days now where i can access all Online stuff such as going onto Games that require the gamepass, Im able to download, hear peoples mics and update games. Must knows : I have an ACTIVE xbox one ultimate subscription , I use Phone data for wifi but i have never had this issue before and i can only use mobile hotspot at the moment so for 3 years ive never had this issue, ive tried restarting the xbox multiple times and no change, I've tried holding the Xbox button letting it turn off that way and pulling the xbox Power cable out to give it some time, when i turn it back on No change.

I've tried disconnecting from the internet and retrying it that way and no change. Again i can use everything that a xbox gamepass subscription lets you, i can get on online games, download, update, buy stuff, hear mics Etc etc. But i can not Match make in any of the games i own, Itll let me load the games sit in the lobbys Load the match screen then itll kick me out it doesnt matter what game im playing, cod apex DBD fortnite B4B it does the same stuff it loads but kicks me out when i try to play a game? Im not sure what to do here does anyone have any ideas? Cos this is really starting to annoy me lol

You also made mention about NAT, may we ask you to check the NAT type.

May we ask if you have the same NAT type with your friend? (NAT Type: Open, Moderate, Strict, Unavailable)?
(Like Double NAT detected, 0x89231906, Can’t get a Teredo IP address, NAT Type: Unavailable, Teredo is unable to qualify, UPnP not successful).
For Console:
- Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
- Select Network and Network Settings

Its gotten alot worse since i made this post
Fortnite : Gives me an error saying MATCH MAKING ISSUE
Apex : Tells me im not connected to the internet
Minecraft : Tells me im not online
Dead By Daylight : Lets my friend join the match but gives me a match making error and puts me back into the main screen

In the xbox Settings it tells me my NAT is unavailable and that i have 100% packet loss and gives me a link saying Teredo in the settings that ive looked at and found no solution to ( Ive always had an Unavailable nat and never experienced this)

I havent ever made any changes to my xbox, Or have i ever had this issue before. Its hard to show screenshots on exact,ly what is wrong, because it shows me a different problem every time, One second its my nat, another its my internet, the other time its the 0x8 error
But its the same issue.

The issue started happening after a few games of Fortnite I thought it was just my internet so i restarted my phone
and its been broken ever since.

If i had a screenshot I would show you but i dont have that information available right now.
i did factory reset but kept all my games and that didnt really fix anything

idk what to do

That's pretty weird. What gametypes are you trying? How long are you waiting? I've never heard of this happening.
