Mastercard scam??

Discus and support Mastercard scam?? in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I bought a 3-month subscription with my MasterCard back on January 23 and still haven't received a code for the month free gamepass??     I bought a 3-month subscription with my MasterCard back on January 23 and still haven't received a code for the month free gamepass?? I have a feeling I am not alone...

    **and the chat support has been down for the past week and the only reason I am posting here.

    I have a same problem. Ican't add any payment method, doesn't work with mastercard debitcard, mastercard creditcard, visa debitcard .... and no paypal in hungary Mastercard scam?? :(

    Sorry to hear about the delay in acquiring that code.

    Were you able to check your Xbox messages and emails attached to that account?

    To be sure, did you renew Gold directly from the console ad screen? Keep in mind that buying a prepaid card or renewing from another location would void the offer.

    The chat team will be better equipped to assist you with this as they have the proper tools for codes and promotions on the console.

    What happens when you try to reach out to them via the
    contact us page?
    We can confirm that they have been active all week, there may be an issue with the device you are trying to reach out to them with.

    Have you tried on a Windows 10 PC or another Browser?

  5. I do have access to my messages and email but have never received anything. I did renew it from the console ad, as I would not have renewed just out of the blue. I have windows 10, tried 3 different browsers, my phone and get the same thing each time...

  6. Alrighty, are you seeing the same thing on a friends computer or mobile device?

    When does that error appear is it when loading the page or trying to start a chat? Are you able to access the phone team instead?

  7. I am seeing the same thing on other devices/friends. It appears when starting to connect with chat. Haven't tried the using the phone team yet, really figured I could find out my solution without talking to anyone. Happy Easter.

    Definitely understand the want for a simple fix, but in this situation you will need to reach out to the phone team.

  9. This is still going on to this day with no resolution. Apparently, they are trying to say it was a Canada only promotion and I shouldn't have seen the promotion on my USA dashboard. Yet I did and the sole purpose I bought the LIVE subscription when I did
    back in January. This just feels shady.

    They wanted proof (the picture I sent before was just of the promotion but they wanted to see my Gamertag also) and I just so happen to sign in tonight and there it was, STILL on my dashboard. The exact same offer I clicked on back in January and bought
    3 months of LIVE thinking I would get in return a free month of Gamepass. It is not worth the hassle anymore but more the principle now. And why am I seeing this still when I was told by a representative there was no way I should be seeing Canadian offers!?

  12. Oh I have and sent several emails with the promotion in the corner there at different times of the day. Matter of fact I just sent another (this one). They keep telling me a "Ranger" will look into it and get back to me in 24-72 hours. It's not worth the
    hassle anymore but I am going to see this out.
