I participated in the promotion to purchase one year xbox live subscription with a mastercard and receive one month xbox game pass for free and never received my code.

VISA error on adding as a payment method for Chile region - Mastercard pass ok!!! :S

I Just tried again, keep saying "the card number its not valid", i cant make the same mistake 40 times!!!! and with 3 different VISA cards, more if odd as it seems an mastercard pass in the firs try

Oh man fuck those dudes. They cancelled my 2nd and 3rd orders too! Lol!

I kinda had a feeling because even with multiple emails, you're still using the same payment. So unless you have multiple mastercards, emails, and masterpasses, buying more than one won't work.

Typically for promotions of this nature, the code for that should arrive within 30 days after the purchase; so we can take a closer look into that with you here, can you reply back with a picture of the dashboard tile you saw for that promotion? If there are
any official terms listed on the console for that promotion, a picture of those terms can help as well.

the page for that promotion, "Allow two (2) weeks for verification and electronic delivery."

If you don't see that code arrive within two weeks after you made that purchase, please make a new thread here in the Support section, and we'll be happy to take a closer look with you then.

Hi,

After I added the payment method by mastercard, I made the transaction twice and received the error "PUR-TransactionNotAllowed" both times. My account still cannot register for game pass. I contacted the bank to check, the bank informed me that both payments were successful, but why did my account receive an error when paying and I paid twice but did not buy? get game pass?

Unfortunately my Mastercard credit card wont work. My debit card thru mastercard also wont work. I also tried linking my Pay pal. All say invalid payment method to download the game.
