    Master chief collections sign on xbox1 issue


    I have not played the master chief collection for over a year or more. I just updated it and was going to try it out. Now I get a sign in with the profile used to buy this game, make sure that your Xbox subscription is up to date.

    I have several achievements to prove I have played it on the account I have signed in on. How can we resolve this issue? I did reactivate my xbox live the new so called game pass core thing.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, Jeff, and sorry to hear about these issues you are having. Have you always had the core version of Xbox Live, or did you perhaps upgrade at some point to GamePass Ultimate by any chance? It sounds like you may have accessed the GamePass version of Master Chief Collection, and since you now have Core, it is not allowing you to access that license.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
