Master Chief Collection

Hi so I have a very unique situation about soft locking the new Master Chief Collection for steam due to Microsoft accounts. So the problem is that my old account which I only had my new email switched to (recovery and phone both gone and deleted) got
hit with a new sign in and required one of the two to be put in. After going through the hoops of claiming I don't have them and it failing to recognize that it is me I decided to back out and just make a new account since it would be easier than waiting for
Microsoft to recognize I am trying to change my recovery options. Unfortunately since I did all this through the sign in on the MCC there is no option to "sign out" or put in a new user it just constantly opens to a screen saying that Microsoft needs to make
a decision whether to accept or deny my request to change my recovery email (in the past it has denied me and nothing has changed so it likely won't accept it). So now the sign in is just stuck was hoping to just play the game, don't really care who I am signed
in as (although would prefer to get old account back). If any info on this situation would be much appreciated

Update 1: Microsoft has again denied me my old account and after uninstalling and reinstalling and also resetting and than doing both also clearing cache nothing will free the window that keeps showing up for me to sign into my unrecoverable account. Contacting
Microsoft obviously hasn't done anything their bots are not good enough to take such a specific scenario
