    Master Chief Collection not downloading


    Hello everyone, i hope there is someone who can help me.

    I opened few hors ago the MCC to play Halo3 but it didn't dowload yet, so i closed it. About an hour later i opened the xbox app hoping it would start the download and that's when my problems started.

    I could have hit "play" but nothing would happed. Then i deinstalled and now when i try to reinstall the download just stops itself. There is no error message popping out, the only ones i get are from the specific halo's game that the master chief collection
    is trying to download, they say i don't have the main program (indeed, i don't have the mcc downloaded so i guess the problem is that). But the mcc itself won't start the dowlonad.

    Anyone has any idea how to solve this or hints? I am sure i have enough space on the disco. Might it be some registry problem? I really have no clue.

    EDIT: to add some informations. I have bought "Game Pass Ultimate", i have no idea if this is relevant

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    XBox1 playing discs, not online

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
