Master Chief Collection: Halo 3 ODST & Compensation Benefits

Hello!

I bought the Master Chief Collection at launch last year, and played online during the alloted time period. However, soon after I began having numerous problems with my Internet service provider (frequent disconnects and very slow speeds) that forced me
to stop playing the MCC and the box One for almost literally an entire year until the problems were resolved. Due to the frequent updates the Xbox One was receiving (along with the MCC) at the time, these problems meant that basic downloads and quick patches
were taking DAYS to complete. By the time my Internet service was restored to the point where I could start using my Xbox One and playing the MAster Chief Collection again, my Xbox Live message had deleted itself and thus I lost the code.

As I am eligible for the free code and the other compensation benefits, I would to see if it possible to receive a new code and benefits.

Another Halo: ODST for Xbox One?

I am getting the Halo 3 ODST campaign as part of the Master Chief Collection for free as compensation for playing during the troubles of it's launch. So don't need to pay for it on Xbox One.

Missing Free Halo ODST Add On for the Master Chief Collection Digital.

I have not received the FREE Halo 3 ODST campaign for the Master Chief Collection digital

I also have not received the FREE Map add on called Remnant for Halo 2 in the Master Chief Collection digital.

Halo ODST for the Xbox One is an Add-On for the Master Chief Collection. you must own that in order to play it.

When you fire up the Master Chief Collection, you should be able to start a campaign (under Halo 3) for ODST.

Halo 3:ODST is listed under the Halo 3 section in the Master Chief Collection, have you checked there?

Hey there,

The Halo Master Chief Collection does not include Halo 3: ODST, but it should include Halo 4: Spartan Ops. Halo 3: ODST is available on the Xbox Store as an add-on for Halo: MCC.

"The re-mastered version of the campaign for “Halo 3: ODST” in “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” and the re-imagined “Halo 2: Anniversary” version of the “Relic” multiplayer map will be available in spring 2015. Both projects were not part of our original
development plans, but as a result of community feedback, and to do something special for our fans, both are now in development. The campaign for “Halo 3: ODST” will be delivered via a free download token for eligible players1 of “Halo: The Master Chief Collection,”
