    I should be eligible to receive the code, I don't think i received any of the promotional items and should be eligible for them, I bought it at launch, played a bit, and then went back to destiny.

    Anyone ever successfully obtained a refund for a digital purchase?

    I bought halo master chief collection, that was broken on release, after a week I gave up trying to play it, they gave me a full refund and 3 months live as compensation.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
