Master Card Apply Links not working

I just recently got suspended for reason I do not know. I go to apply for review in the enforcement history page and there's no such link.

It appears anyone can get suspended for nothing whenever. Need to fix it.

lets see

1) yes as long as the debitcards are registered on the provider's website with correct billing address

any debit cards added before the family account creation are removed

2) yes however if not applied to the primary account then only the affected gamertag is credited the extra time

if applied to the primary account it is added at a rate of 2:1 so 12months prepaid card is used as 6month credit for a maximun of 36months at anytime

3) yes as long as the accounts are initially on the master console or any memory device connected to the master console to be added after which they can be transfered or recovered to any other console or memory device

however the secondary accounts can only be recovered and used in the same country as the master account

You would have to apply the code to your account you are currently free so if gou applied it to the master account you have to make the purchase on the master account

charge them from an xbox 360, I apply this option and no problems or linked cards
