    MASS SPAMMED GRIEFED BY A RANDOM LOSER ONLINE BUT NOW IM BANNED?!?!?!


    I am new to Xbox only having the console for two months. I was playing online and beat some random guy badly who then started mass spamming me with game invites, messages, party invites, friend adds etc over 50+ within just 5 minutes. When I responded telling him to stop and go away, he reported my messages and now I have been banned for 3 days with no option to appeal whatsoever??????? Yet he's still mass spamming me with messages and harassment right now. His tag is [mod removed]. How is this acceptable?

    I’m sorry to hear your account has been temporarily suspended. In these cases, it is recommended to do an appeal if the enforcement site allows you to do so.

    In addition to that and supporting what MrGamingGuy7175 said. It is always recommended to ignore the person who's disturbing you, and report instead their behavior and potential inappropriate messages right away.

    Because if you start to argue with the player, even if you're defending yourself, this doesn't justify bad treatment to other players.

    Lastly, I understand you may feel frustrated, however, it is important to clarify that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

    When someone is spamming you, the best way to deal with it, is to block that account, and report them for spam. Because when you block their account, they can't message or invite you. Make sure you didn't say anything bad that could break the rules, that might been why you got a suspension.
