    I pre ordered Mass Effect Andromeda on Jan 9th and it still is not showing in the XBOX Rewards punchcard

    Punch my pre-order not counting

    Hello THE MATIMUS,

    We see that you received one punch for Mass Effect. The punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the Games on Demand page. As Smwutches says, new activity takes up to 96 hours to be recognized, so your Ghost Recon purchase has yet to be punched. We do not
    see a Halo Wars 2 pre-order. We see a purchase of that game made two days ago, which was not eligible, since it was not a pre-order.
