    Mass Effect Legendary (Game Pass XBOX PC) Achievements are NOT showing up.


    Achievements on Mass Effect Legendary Edition are not showing/working

    via XBOX Gamepass PC. I checked on the XBOX app and XBOX.com. Both show nothing for achievements.

    I am more than halfway through the game (14 hours playtime) and I would like the achievements I earned.

    Was told to uninstall and reinstall game (on 12/1/2022 by Customer Support Agent Name: Jenalyn S) and that the achievements would pop up when I start the game again (it did not work).

    I contacted customer support a second time and you can find what happened below...

    On-going Issue Info: Achievements on Mass Effect Legendary Edition are not showing/working

    Ginoel told me issue will be resolved and nothing was needed from me anymore.

    Was told "No need to repeat yourself again, John. I know that you are in pain. I will provide only the

    escalation ticket number from our Higher Team and I will send you an update within 4 hours."

    He then emailed me back telling me that the issue is fixed (its not) and that if the issue is still on-going on my end, I should contact the game company. This is utter nonsense. Please help me. I am tired of being passed around like a puck. About to just cancel my xbox subscription after 10+ years.

    Mass Effect 3 dlc not working

    Hello MarkHolder3,

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. Before attempting to assist, I'd like to ask a few questions about the version of the game you are using.

    Did you purchase the legendary edition off Game Pass? Or were you playing the game strictly off of a Game Pass subscription?
    Did you purchase any DLCs individually for Mass Effect 3?
    Are you playing Mass Effect 3 from a physical disc?

    If you are playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition off of Game Pass, you will need an active Game Pass subscription to have access to the game. This also includes if you are playing any special editions of games that have DLC attached to the subscription. If you are playing off of a physical disc, you will not have access to content that is part of a Game Pass subscription.

    Already tried this to no effect.

    Seems to be only a specific game I get the issue with, other EA games are absolutely fine via game pass.

    Game in question is Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, everything else works fine bar this.

    But why not get the PC version of Mass Effect 3?

    -

    If your PC runs Mass Effect 2 then it will run the third game without a problem. That way you get to experience Mass Effect 3 with your best import.

    -

    The only real difference would be having to use the keyboard and mouse for the controls, as well as not having gamerscore for the achievements you can earn.

    -

    Mass Effect 3 is cheaper on the PC, so you'd be saving a little money on top of using your best import. Then further down the line when the Xbox version drops in price you'll be able to pick that version up.

    I own both Mass Effect 1 and 2 for both 360 and PC, also I am getting the PC version of the third game first. So perhaps my advice is a little biased.

    Itis worse then i thought, the achievement that lit up went dark again. The glitch is much worse then I ever imagined.
