    I recently started replaying mass effect but when I tried playing the game it would start up normally untill it got to the main menu in which the disc read error would appear so I thought that my disc went bad so I bought and downloaded the digital version and continue getting the same error and it’s onlythe mass effect games that aren’t working. I play one the xbox 360

    Mass Effect 2 gives "disc unreadable" error when signed in to Xbox Live

    I am having the exact same problem. I was able to get to the main menu once, where it informed me that all my DLC was corrupted and needed to be re-downloaded. So I did this. Now, when I press "Start" the screen pans back and goes black... and then the disc
    read error pops up.

    What's even more odd to me is that Mass Effect 1 and both discs of Mass Effect 3 play just fine. This error is only with Mass Effect 2. More specifically, from the Trilogy Pack that came out. I'm going to try uninstalling everything Mass Effect 2 and go
    from there, but any additional advice would be much appreciated.

    Bruh this is happening to me but with discs the error code? Its for party chat so idk why its getting a party chat error off a 360 disc on my end this started for me with mass effect 3 and now witcher 2 i hard power cycled it and still have this problem
