    So I was playing the first chapter of its story mode, I had reset that chapter to play it on my new xbox series x it crash when clicking on characters profile view, again my download to my xbox series x is only at 57%. I think it will not crash when I get to 100 percent done, but I want to share this games error message in case it needs a patch for it. It also had crashed just once on the photo mode but the second time I tried it didn't crash but each time I try to load the profile of her in the beginning on the game when she has to collect comic books, on my controller the button for the profile on series x seems to crash it with that message in the image I included on this page. It seems that play before the games not fully download cause some problems not sure if it's the game or console or our home internet that's causing this. Nat type is reading as moderate UPnP not successful xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP and All services are available under Network on my series x, I had the same message under network on the xbox one x console. When it says ready to start now it's at 59% at 11:34 PM tonight. Been playing on the new forza horizon 5 while I wait for this game to finish its download, again I think it's going to take at least night and maybe some daytime to compete it on my new xbox.

    I had it working on my old console, I don't know if it has more bugs on the new console or if that mark were it says you can start the game doesn't work correctly on the new series x. I have the game set to high quality at 30 on 4k mode but my current TV set can only do 1080 mode not sure I dont think that's related to the crash message I notice it reads a error with a DRM file message on xbox series x G: drive. I think it will take my home internet another night and day to get it fully installed our family has at&t uverse wifi internet at home, I dont think it will get done any time soon. I have a few games I am going to have to wait on since each game that's optimized for xbox series x is really big in size compared to what sizes they had with my xbox one x which I traded in for the series x model. The funny thing about that error the game is having , I dont recall the scarlet witch is even in this game or dr.strange I did just see the new movie on Disney plus at home.

    Please try again when the game is up to date
    Also, in case you have it installed on a external hard drive, try moving it to the internal storage.

    Or try reinstalling it completely to see how it goes

    It has a 20gb update, will download that tonight my parents had to upgrade our internet to unlimited some how since I got the new console our home internet has went over the monthly limit they had on there plan with at&t uverse, anyway that never happened before when I owned the xbox one x console. I just got my new console last week from our local gamestop. I also had downloaded halo infinite used disc but most of it was downloaded, and forza horizon 5 deluxe around 107GB digital owned and elden ring which also downloaded with disc 49GB . Had the quarry installed but it's the xbox one version 31GB not sure of its updates size at this time . Its not series x version since gamestop sold me the lower quality disc of it when I owned the xbox one x console before I upgraded my system last week, also the xbox series x had firmware updates to download. And marvels avengers is 155Gb with an 20Gb update does that sound like it should total 445gb? I didn't do the math, also I thought we were on unlimited net already but I was wrong about that I guess.

    Some game issues can be fixed performing a power cycle for your console, you can try it in case you didn't do it before

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    If the issue persists even if you already tried all the troubleshooting steps from your side, the next step will be report this providing feedback officially to xbox team
