    Bonjour tous.

    Je souhaite remonter un bug sur le marketplace de Xbox.com:

    je veux prendre
    Tekken 6 sur Xbox 360     (actuellement gratuit pour les Gold). Lorsque je clique sur "Confirmer l'achat", le logo vert de chargement se met tourner...indéfiniment. Et rien ne se passe. Impossible d'avoir le jeu. J'ai essayé sur des navigateurs différents,
    même résultat. Voyez

    Point important: cela n'arrive que sur le jeu Tekken 6. J'ai essayé avec un autre article de la page, une vidéo en l'occurence, et la procédure se termine bien.

    Avez-vous le même problème ?

    Je vais passer directement par la console Xbox 360 pour le récupérer, en espérant que cela fonctionne. En tous cas, je souhaitais signaler le problème, pour que cela ne s'étende pas plusieurs jeux sur Xbox.com.

    I want to take Tekken 6 on Xbox 360 (currently free for Gold).
    When I click on "Confirm purchase", the green loading logo starts to rotate ... indefinitely.
    And nothing is happening. Impossible to have the game. I tried on different browsers, same result.

    Important point: this only happens on the game Tekken 6. I tried with another article on the page, a video in this case, and the procedure ends well.

    Do you have the same problem ?

    I will go directly to the Xbox 360 console to recover it, hoping that it works.

    Tu as tout dit. En effet, ça fonctionne pour tout le reste. Mais le paiement zéro euro pose problème au site.

    Tout ce qui est lié la Xbox 360 accumule les problèmes, alors que ça marchait parfaitement. C'est d'autant plus triste que Microsoft ne fait pas les choses proprement. Des bugs ici et l , des messages d'erreur, des fonctions qui ne marchent plus qu' moitié.
    Autant sur le site que sur l'interface console. On se retrouve face cela et rien n'est corrigé. Ca fait pas très sérieux !

    Microsoft nous abandonne et me déçoit beaucoup sur le coup.

    D'ailleurs, nous n'avons plus de nouvelles des ambassadeurs Xbox ou de qui que ce soit sur ce topic. Ca en dit long !

    Cela dit, la seule réponse apportée par un ambassadeur Xbox un peu plus haut n'était pas réfléchie du tout. Que des banalités ! Plutôt que de se concentrer sur le site et remonter le problème. Une réponse donnée la va-vite, puis plus rien ! L aussi, ça
    en dit long !

    salut Xav70, effectivement j'ai aussi le même problème que toi, même avec un VPN ça ne fonctionne pas! que ce soit sur google , edge, Firefox et la Xbox :/...

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to claim a Free Game with Gold for the Xbox 360.

    The Xbox 360 Marketplace works differently from the Store on the Xbox One, so sometimes when downloading this these games, some may encounter problems.

    These can vary from everything to not having your billing info updated, to your account not being of age to claim these games.

    In this instance, what I would recommend, to
    remove your payment instrument from your account    , and use the link provided by Xbox Forums Ambassador xDevilxGirlx421 to visit the Xbox
    site for the game and attempt to download the game once more [the link may vary a bit by location, but just make sure the page reflects your correct region before attempting to claim the game once more].

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

    Petite précision, s'il te plait: aujourd'hui, tu dis avoir réussi prendre Toy Box. Sur xbox.com ou sur One ?
