I just purchased an aircraft from the marketplace and downloaded it. It does not appear in my content manager or with the other aircraft

if it is the Avatar game, go to Games on the Dash then choose My Games and search through the list. If it is not there, go to System>Storage and check your hard drive to see if it is listed in there. If there is a yellow exclamation mark beside the download
then you'll have to delete it and redownload it.

actually its no longer 365days now its an easy 121days that a drm transfer can occur

The license for the game is associated with your gamertag. You can even recover your gamertag on a friends console, download the game and play it. When your gamertag leaves that console, it will revert to a trial game. That being said, the actual license
for the game stays on your console. Not your harddrive, so if you change consoles you must be online to play the game. You can redownload you licenses, but Microsoft limits the number of times you can do this to one time a year.

Are you perhaps referring to MSFS marketplace? You can also try restarting online functionality. Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Go to Options > General > Data

Toggle Online Functionality OFF

Click on Apply & Save

Toggle Online Functionality ON

Click on Apply & Save then check if the package shows up as "installed" and "up to date" in the content manager.

There aren't usually refunds for items purchased on the Marketplace. Marketplace purchases are final.
