    Marketplace pass purchase not working


    Hi i am trying to buy the marketplace pass but the website used to purchase it won’t open. When I tap the button to start my free trial it opens a loading screen that never ends and never lets me buy the pass. Please help!

    Hi there iMadgun8! Just to clarify, games sold on Games on Demand requiring an Online Pass for online multiplayer do not include the Online Pass in the purchase price. You can purchase an Online Pass via the Marketplace.

    For most EA games, you need an Online Pass to play them. If you purchased your game new, there should be a code with the game. If you purchased it used, you'll need to purchase the online pass on our Marketplace.

    Bought the wrong expansion.

    Sorry to hear you're upset. However, when you purchase an expansion pass from a store such as GameStop you're not actually purchasing the pass but only currency to purchase the pass in the marketplace. You can check this at commerce.microsoft.com to confirm
    any currency you may have on your account as well as purchases.
