Marketplace Inventory Gone After Logging Out From Minecraft

I understand that you are experiencing issues finding kingpin pickaxe in Minecraft prisons.

Please verify that the purchase went through successfully. Visit Microsoft Order History: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history.

Log in with the same account you used to make the purchase.

Confirm that the transaction for the pickaxe is listed and marked as Completed.

And then check in the Marketplace. To do this, open Minecraft and go to the Marketplace. Look for a section like My Content or My Purchases.

Make sure that the pickaxe appears there and download it if prompted.

Next is to check your inventory. In Minecraft Prisons, check your inventory slots, hotbar, or equipment menus to ensure the pickaxe isn’t already added.

Then synchronize your game, once you see the purchase was completed from your Order history. Kindly log out of your Minecraft account and exit the game.

Restart your device. Log back into your Minecraft account and check for the pickaxe.

This is not a Nintendo Question. The Minecraft game is owned by Microsoft. Your own game tells you on the startup screen to Link your Microsoft Account in order to preserve purchases from the Marketplace. I did that. I had 4000+ Minecoins (digital currency
directly related to Minecraft) and texture packs in the marketplace inventory. When I created and linked the Microsoft account, my Minecoins and purchases are no longer there. So there has been some kind of disconnect between Minecraft and the Microsoft
account. The Marketplace for Minecraft is not called "Nintendo Marketplace".

I have the same problem. All of my Minecraft Marketplace purchases are gone, and the "Recently Viewed" section when browsing Marketplace content is gone as well.
