Marketplace falsely advertising online multiplayer capability when game servers have been shut ...

Hello,

My girlfriend and I only like to buy games that are online multiplayer so we can play together. We were browsing games today and I came across Hasbro Family Game Night in the XBL Arcade marketplace. In the game details section it specifically states that this
game is ONLINE multiplayer 2-4 players. We both bought the game, trialed a couple different board games then purchased one game to play together, Boggle. Upon purchasing the game we went to play on the Xbox Live section and it stated "EA servers not available"
I then searched online and found out EA has shut these servers down 2 years ago! I understand the marketplace says no refunds on this purchase and that for players who already own the game it is completely within the EULA for the multiplayer aspect to be removed.
However I feel it has to be against some kind of law for you to continue to advertise this game as Online Multiplayer when you know full well it is not. A simple removal of the orange text that states Online Multiplayer 2-4 players is all you needed to do
two years ago, why was this not done? I'd like a refund in full for both my purchase and my girlfriend's.

I have noticed that other games you can play online on, however, have the developers shut down the online servers for online multiplayer for the game?

Local multiplayer removed in games downloaded to harddrive / digital copies? Specifically, WWE AllStars

As of April 2013 the online multiplayer servers have been shut down. However you should still be able to play using 1-4 players locally.

CLEARLY STATING THAT ITS ONLINE MULTIPLAYER

THEY TOOK IT OFF THEIR SERVERS IN APRIL..

Terms and conditions state they can take the servers down whenever they want, so it's perfectly legal.

The online capabilities for this game are still down. Any word on when they will be back up? I would hope that they come back up since no server shut down notice was given.
