Marketplace Add-Ons not importing

Im playing on ps4, and bought some add ons. However none of them import, if I try do download them, it always starts with step 1/2 (Download) and then gets stuck in step 2/2 (Import)

After a few seconds I get kicked out of the download page and a error occurs „Download not possible“

And it doesn’t matter what add on I’m trying to download, I bought several, and none of them work

I already cleared the cache, deleted old worlds, and even reinstalled the game

I also have plenty of space on my ps4

Would appreciate any help

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your PlayStation 4. I understand that none of the add-ons are importing.

Are you referring to Minecraft Marketplace? If yes, some of the users reported that reinstalling the game fixed this similar kind of issue.

Try to relog in to your PlayStation to resync your profile. To sign out of your PS4 account, you can go to Settings, then Account Management, and then Sign Out. To sign in, you can go to Settings, then Account Management, and then Sign In to PlayStation Network.

If signing out from your Playstation did not work, I want to make sure that your issue will be resolved the soonest. Since reinstalling the game did not work on your situation as well, I recommend that you submit a support ticket directly to Minecraft support. I would like to let you know that it is not possible to import custom skins in Minecraft Xbox Edition. You can only purchase and add the ones available in the Minecraft marketplace.

Yeah Same here i am pretty upset went and put 10$s on got the game had to wait a day for more money put 20$ on then cards gone and the game was removed from marketplace.

If they was clearing based on how much the game is played surely the old games like outpost kaloki x would go first =[

Xbox reserves the right to remove content from the marketplace as they see fit. Although I really enjoyed the original Yugioh series, I couldn't see myself playing the game.

Perhaps that was the issue with the game itself. It was taking up space on their servers but their weren't may people playing it so they removed it.
