Xbox Live rewards is a marketing scam... Delete you account and do not participate. Xbox live rewards have nothing to do with Microsoft. A Microsoft representative even said so. They have no control over what is going on. Delete your account. This system
is waste of time and is only here for free market research.

Virgin Gaming is a scam! Be aware people

But if the tournament caused increased traffic and people to click on marketing ads, I could see that being a scam.

 

DICE Sucks...

There are only two sides now. Those who are sheep and/or in denial and will defend BF3/EA/DICE fiercely. The other are those who see the hyper-marketing and scams as what they really are. They also acknowledge that BF3 is not nearly as good as past titles.

 

Unfortunately your completely wrong about it. It is not a scam and the program does what it says. It is part of Microsoft and one of there many rewards programs. Please don't post false info. If someone from Microsoft actually told you that, they were completely
wrong.

 

Actually he is correct that it's not run by Microsoft. Microsoft does sponsor it, but it's run by Hello World. That's why there tends to be data issues between the 2 servers.

 

Data issues is a complete understatement. The bugs on this scheme is worse than The MasterChief Collection and AC unity put together. It needs to be shut down and re implemented preferably with a system that's competent. After all, this will reflect on Microsofts
reputation and at the moment there's a never ending bucket of complaints with a few unfortunate souls trying to deal with it..

 

There is only a "never ending bucket of complaints" because people do not come to the support forums to post about positive experiences. They explicitly post about issues which gives the appearance of more of an issue. There are on average 10 complaints
on the forum per day with many people posting regularly because they do not understand how new promotions work or they post monthly to "remind" the staff that they are not getting deposits. That does not make it wide-spread.
