Mark IV Armour Halo 4 Legendary Reward Bug

I finished the Halo 4 campaign on Legendary solo recently, but did not receive the rewarded armour, nor did I get any notification of my reward. I did however, get an achievement for completing the campaign on legendary and I have checked my Statistics +
Halo WayPoint which both show I have finished all campaign missions on legendary solo. So I'm wondering where my reward is.

And yes I was online while I completed each mission.

Mark VI - Did Legendary Solo like I have with all Halo Games excluding Halo Wars. Nice reward at the end of it. Mark VI armor set, Legendary Visor and 117 emblem.

Halo 4 Mk IV armour not unlocking

I did the halo 4 legendary campaign and i went into the commendations and it said i only did 3 which means no armour for me is their a way to get this armour without recompleting? plz help

 

To be awarded the Mark VI and Legendary Visor you must complete the "Legend" commendation (Service Record -> Player -> Campaign -> Then you have a list of missions needed to complete for the commendation). To do this, all missions must be completed on legendary.
Unfortunately the system that records completion is buggy and you must be connected to Xbox live the entire time throughout the mission. Missions must be done from start to end. I've had more success in doing missions in a single run from the start ( as in,
don't save and quit until you finish the mission for the commendation you are missing).

Your best shot is redoing missions that dont appear to be complete.

 

Do I have to do it from the start or can I do it from a waypoint.

 

You have to do it from the start with no interruptions
