March special offers

I received an email about spending more than $60 on the store and about buying Ghost Recon. I have done both through the xbox store and it said I should have received 15,000 for Ghost Recon Wild Lands Gold edition and 6000 for spending over $60 on the store.
It however does not show my purchase or give me credit for it. Did I lose the points or has it just not posted in my pending yet?

This is not the first time this has happened so I'm pretty annoyed and concerned. I don't seem to be the only person having this issue either. I like the Rewards Program when it works but losing 21,000 points would make me disable the feature because its
useless if this continues to be a recurring issue.

I was never given my beta rewards from the Gears of War 4 beta I exceeded level 20 and opened the Vintage Kait pack but when the full game came out I never got my Vintage Kait rewards. I have been dealing with this issue for days now and am losing my patience
I have contacted Xbox support on twitter and on here and they both told me to make a post on the forums but no one ever responds.

We do not see a purchase from the Xbox Store of this title. While we see a code redemption for this game, we do not see any record of a purchase from the digital Xbox Store. Since the 15,000 Ghost Recon offer only awards physical purchases from MicrosoftStore.com,
and the Simply Rewarding offer only Rewards purchases of digital content, it sounds like you made a physical purchase from a physical retail location.

Can you describe what storefront you made this purchase from, to help us investigate this purchase? As this is a public forum, there is no need for any private information. Simply information like "purchased from my console" or "purchased from MicrosoftStore.com
using a Credit card" will suffice.

 

I purchased Wildlands Gold thought this site which I guess is the microsft store.. It gave me a code to redeem on my xbox. I thought the stores were the same.

 

The Xbox Store (the console, Xbox.com/Microsoft.com) are digital stores so the game would be added directly to your account. You would not receive a code. Microsoftstore.com is Microsoft's retail store and would send a digital code if you purchased one from
there. Purchases from the Microsoft Store are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

If you purchased from the MicrosoftStore.com site, then your purchase would go towards the Ghost Recon offer. The MicrosoftStore.com site and Microsoft.com store are two separate storefronts, with the Microsoft.com store being linked to the Xbox storefront
you access from your console.

Since all our other offers, including Simply Rewarding, are for purchases from the Xbox Store, your purchase would not go towards this offer. Regarding the Credits for the Ghost Recon offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

So if your purchase was made from the MicrosoftStore.com site, it is too early to see those Credits pending.
