It seems that yes, only with Mine Dungeons.
I tried to download and run "Bridge Constructor Portal" and "Age of Empires IV" everything works there.

I recommend visiting the March of Empires customer care portal, selecting "Technical" and selecting your phone operating system. If the FAQ provided doesn't resolve your issues, you can click "search" at the bottom of the page.
