    Maps app isn't working on Xbox One


    Hello,

    I'm having trouble opening the Maps app on my Xbox One console.

    When I launch it, all I see is a big Maps icon at the center of my TV quickly, and then it takes me back to the Xbox One home screen. Restarting my Xbox One didn't work, and neither did uninstalling and reinstalling the Maps app.

    Please, help!

    Hi Brendanhealey! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    If I understand correctly, you think that the app isn't working because after configuring the controller with the Pc app if you disconnect the controller, and you reconnect it to your Xbox the app doesn't sync that information

    In this case the problem would be the controller, as the app don't have a synchronization with the cloud option for controllers mapping, the controller it's the one that saves that configuration and take it trough different devices
