    Map topic - no info anywhere


    The larger worlds are VERY difficult to navigate without the PC map mods. It's really funny how the PC guys are posting videos thinking they know what is coming. All the vid's are useless as we don't have custom crafting like that on the consoles.

    Anybody figure anything out with the maps yet? We REALLY need something, these worlds are huge!!

    Do people still play GTA?

    A little off topic, but has anyone noticed while after beating the game on single player, a majority of the map just disappeared? I can't remember how to get anywhere now because places are not showing on the map.

    I could be wrong, but check your interactive menu. A couple of updates ago they made it so you could hide a bunch of icons on your map.

    I've been keeping an extra map on me that I don't open until I'm in an uncharted area. Open once you are completely into a new area (When your cursor turns into a dot instead of an arrow) and it will map that section. Looks like you have to have multiple
    maps to map out all of the terrain.

    What SSR's do you rock?

    A bit off topic here, but I'm curious about the effect of emp nades compared to a cuav or emp system.

    It says that it messes up the hud for those near the detonation, but just to what extent? Will a constant spamming of emp nades come anywhere near the effect of a cuav or emp system ( particularly on a smaller map)?

    Cryengine 3 was already on Crysis 2 it's just running on full power for it's tech trailer. Frostbite 2 will be a major improvement with next generation systems as well.
