    for the past two days I have not been able to play, each time it plays a ad, everything goes white, waiting does not help, the ad never runs, and you have to click out and restart your game, but it does not run just try's to play
    a ad and then goes white.

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset
