"Many Thanks for One Year with Xbox One" This is my issue.

I have talked with more than 5 agents of xbox, even Phil Spencer (Twitter). The issue is i havent recieved any gift or even a "thank you" from Xbox Team. Im talking about this:

I will be happy to know why and how can we solve this problem, because all of my friends recieved some gift and i didnt get a thing. So i hope you can manage to solve this problem i have.

And i hope to recieve something to solve this problem.

Wired issue-Having to set up Xbox One again after recent update today?

Thanks for the response, has anyone notices this issue having a secondary issue though for those who strictly use a wired connection and may be having issues with their wireless connection? My wireless connection hasn't worked properly for around a year
now but since it has worked fine wired I decided not to worry about sending it in.

 

games and apps not downloading

Hi,

I have an Xbox one x in the UK and I am enrolled in the insider program. It is happening with all apps and games. I purchased the games two days ago from the store.

Are you set up to receive marketing emails? If not then that would be why it was not received.

If you are then you should also check your spam/junk folders.

 

Yeah I have checked both. I I'm reciving marketing emails and I don't have any emails in the spam folder.
