Many purchases have been unlinked from my account

I already contacted MS about this and they requested evidence of purchases

The purchases were made with MS Point Cards which I do have the email to prove that over €1100 were put on my account

But it appears that all the purchases made using MS Points were not linked to my account

Also on my HDD with the installed games purchased from Xbox live using MS Points also shows my account as being the one which purchased all this content which is over 113 full games.

I have sent a email showing all the points which i could find to prove i spent over €1100 in MS points so there must be some LINK or what I purchased with all those points.

This is a copy of my previous statement email which fell on dead ears :

I have managed to find further issues to backup my purchase statement, Borderlands 2, multple DLC which i actually have installed appear to request now a purchase from XBL store... According to the MS Purchase section I only made 10 digital game purchases
so I'm sure they can explain how I purchased and installed the other 100+ digital purchases made of which mostly games seeing that I appear to have 113 full games installed minus the following which are not installed, ME3 (this occupies 2 image slots) , Forza
Horizon so that is 113 - 3 = 110 Purchases on MS XBL store and I have installed on the 360. Where are these 110 Games + purchases in my "Order history" not to mention all the various DLC I purchased for various games which appear to request another purchase
or appear to not be available for me to download on my account. In total I spent way over €1200 most probably since 2008 and all i'm asking is that it's all linked to my account so I can download and access that which I purchased. One Movie Halo Legends appears
to also have License issues and it wont even allow me to down load it.

So what will MS do about Unlinking all the purchases made using MS Points which I paid over €1100 for?

MS never re contacted me about it i have a copy of the dialog with their support.

they said within 2-3 days..first time round over 1 month past.

So I tried to contact them again and they said within 2-3 days..they never contacted me.

This is an extract of the "Assistance Chat" which they even confirmed all the purchases:

Assistance "I can see all the Licenses of the games and DLCs that you have. "

Assistance "Yes for that, we'll need to escalate this case to the higher management. I will make sure to personally follow the case and send you the Updates via Email." Never received any update whatsoever.

So I asked him if he could see all the purchases and..

Me "so can u confirm there are around 113 games purchased ?

Assistance "I can see all the entitlements of the account. There are so many of them here ( Halo 3, Devil May cry4, The Black Emporium ..)"

Assistance "I really feel you on this one !! I have about 10 % of what you own on my account (Games, DLCs etc) and I will surely not imagine losing access to them. The first entitlement I see here is Halo 3 Heroic Map Pack (May 4, 2008) and the last one is
Liars and Cheats Pack (Aug 2, 2020)"

Further confirmation so this is what happens to our digital purchases MS you remove/unlink them from our accounts for no reason?

Assistance "I can see all the entitlements and they are indeed on your account. The only thing which none of us now can explain is why these contents do not show on your orders history and they only show on the Xbox 360 entitlements"

So all purchases confirmed and the fact that they are UNLINKED so I can't download any of them.
