    MANY problems


    FS2020 HAD been running just fine. Now it will hang just prior to the Checking for Updates Screen and I have to kill the program and restart. Can take several times to get it going again. Then it runs fine. 100Mb internet connection, i9-9900K machine
    with RTX2080Super, 2x1TB SSD drives, 32GB RAM, so no HW issues.

    BUT its also throwing hundred of errors into the Admin Log. First it was just "Failed with 0x57 retrieving AppModel Runtime status for Package Windows" whatever the heck that's supposed to mean, but the program ran fine. Now I'm getting SPP doing a license
    status check and I see 51 entries that look like

    040fa [etc...] ,1,0 [0C004F014, 0, 0], {?,?,?,? ....]

    what the heck is all that gibberish?

    Almost forgot, the program will occasionally ask me to insert a NON-EXISTENT disk into my NON-EXISTENT DVD drive (downloaded the program from the App store). Again, kill the program and restart and sometimes it loads, sometimes not. Getting ready to get
    my money back for the PREMIUM version!

    If a hard reset does not fix your issue then you may need to consider carrying out a factory reset on your console to see if that resolves your issue.

    Sorry you're having issue. Try clearing tour storage devices cache under system, storage, then highlight your device and press "Y". This will begin storage maintenance. This should be done regularly and solves a lot of problems you're describing. Let me

    You would need to call phone support and speak to billing in order to resolve this issue. Nobody in the forums can help with billing issues.
