    Hello, my name is Oleksandr. My gametag is .

    So. I got a problem...

    I can't join or create clubs. I can't Post Photos or Videos. Maybe something else.

    I can't do it from XboxOneX or from XboxAppforWindows10.

    I already checked all my private settings. ALL Ticks are one the left. All have access, and I have access to everithing.

    I also don't have any restrictions on my account.

    I already contact the support during the chat session. We spoke together more then a hour.

    He said something strange and unclear going on. So he can't help me. Please take note of this case number: 1415852751

    Not forgetting all those features will also require xboxlive Gold to work, So it looks as if to function fully it will need a internet connection, Kinect, and xboxlive gold. This isn't gaming.......I'm not sure what it is...but it isn't gaming, to many rules

    I keep getting this message; Feature Unavailable Sorry, the game cannot, currently connect to Xbox Live. This feature cannot be used at this time. This is happening in Race Central when trying to check the Leaderboards. Also when trying to access Horizon
    Rally, Car Club and last but not least Market Place. I don't get what's happening here. I can check my street race stats and other things so I must be connected to Xbox Live but yet it says I'm not!

    I also get this message; No Network access. This option is not available because you are not signed in to Xbox Live. when trying to access; 1000 Club, Multiplayer and the Message Center!

    I hope someone can help me, because I'm lost big time and I'd really like to access everything that my Forza Horizon Limited Collector's Edition has to offer.

    The case number won't do anything for anyone here.

    I'm not sure what troubleshooting you've tried. If you have another profile on your Xbox you might see if that profile works just fine to see if it's an issue on your console or just with your profile.

    Here's a few things to try

    - Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.



    - Power cycle your network by unplugging the power to the modem & router for about 60 seconds. Then plug your router back in and try your game again.

    - Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

    - Try a console reset

    - Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and Keep my games and apps
