Manufacturing Defect (RETURNS or EXCHANGE)

Hi all,

I pre ordered a Xbox Controller and it came with manufacturing defect how do i return or exchange?

I tried to contact microsoft and they cant solve it. It Feels like a Scam. Please advice. Thanks.

Brand new xbox 360S bought today, is it normal for the PSU brick to make quite a loud fan noise??

Most stores have a 30 day return/exchange policy for defective hardware. I'd call a loud power brick defective.

 

Hard Drive Transfer.

Since it's brand new, exchange it with Amazon as defective. Amazon should provide a free return label.
