Manufacturer problem

I’m never really one to post on forums every but I can’t seem to find any support or answers to my problem, I have recently bought an Xbox One s bundle that includes the new Assassins creed along with rainbow six siege and a free month of Xbox game pass,
but as I opened up the box, the only things inside where a controller, the Xbox consel itself along with the wire and a 14 day free trial of Xbox Live and nothing else.

I’m just wondering what I should do? The Best Buy employees don’t believe me when I say that it did not come with a code and think I’m lying for some reason. And Microsoft support hasn’t replied to my messages so now I’m here, can anyone help?

One of the biggest problems for the PS3 was it's price at launch, being a staggering $499 and $599. Now, Sony has announced that the massive losses they experienced with the PS3 won't be a problem with the PS4. The PS4 is vastly less expensive to manufacture, as Blu-ray technology is now much more cheap, and Sony is no longer using the Cell core for their system.

 

Manufacturer Warranty

Contact Sales support, they should be able to fix your warranty date, you will need to send them the proof of purchase for this.

This date is most likely the shelf date that it was actually manufactured from, usually they have upto 6 months shelf life and then auto register, this can be resolved by speaking with the Sales team.

Since it was a physical bundle, you would have to work with Best Buy for am exchange.
