Manually download rosters?

The other game required you to manually load up the roster of your choice but I think if you also just delete your "default roster" or save your custom roster fro mthe download as the new default this may also make it constant the one to load at startup.

In the past, players have physically tried to update the rosters in their game manually. This is quite tedious and there’s a much simpler way of doing things.

First, you should check if there’s an update to the rosters in Madden 22. This is done by navigating to the home screen and pressing the NFL’s logo, which is the Rosters and Playbooks tab. Once here, you can click on “Update Rosters” to see if there’s an update available to download that makes sure each roster is current to match the NFL.

If there is, then all you have to do is follow the steps to update the rosters, which only involves a small download to Madden 22. However, if there is no update but a star player was just traded, then you can manually update the rosters with the “Edit Roster” button on the Rosters and Playbooks menu.

Rosters are usually updated every week in Madden.

you have 2 opitions to download the current rosters. 1) download the rosters off of head-to-head mode or 2) you can download the roster under settings. Make sure you save the roster after updating

What are settings? I might be interested. By the way did the rosters update with madden or did you make the changes manually?

You need to access the Madden Online feature, then go down to "Download Rosters". This will download the most current roster. If you have more than one roster you need to Load the current one you want before starting Franchise Mode.
