    Hello, all. I have been having an issue with my Xbox one day one edition. It seems like it has a disc stuck in it, but I am not sure. Any time I put a disc in it doesn't pull it in, but it can go in. It makes a humming, scratchy sound of sorts when there
    is a disc in there and it won't push it out. It's not like the grinding sound when it is the gear issue. I have tried the good ol' fist on the bottom method. Manual eject (which doesn't work I can't push anything out with any amount of force or any alan wrench
    or paperclip). And it simply gives me the sound it would make if there is nothing in the disc tray when I press eject, but it acts like there is something in there when I put a disc in. Please help.

    Hello! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

    It definitely sounds like something is broken inside. You should check to see if your Xbox is still under warranty (which has probably expired, but it doesn't hurt to check) and request to send it in for service. You can send it in for service regardless
    of your warranty, but you may be required to pay a fee. You can follow this link for more info on getting you Xbox repaired: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/xbox-one/warranties-and-repair

    From the sound of it, it may just be very well broken. It is an older model now and parts do wear down or break.
