Manette xbox one Night Ops [Translate] Rchargeable batteries do not work with night ops...

Thanks for coming to the forums. Are you using regular batteries or the Xbox one play and charge kit. If a third party pack, there can be differences as they are made as a standard. The controller is of newer model so may not be compatible.

Third party, energizer brand yes.

It worked with the former controller. I'll return it, but it's annoying

I am going to suggest contacting xbox customer support because most likely it is a defect in the controller since they are all they same controllers just a different style on the outside depending on the one you buy. Try to get a refund for it if it truly
a defect because it is not your fault, you just bought a random one.

I would sign in and check to see if theres a warranty for the controller and start there.
