    Xbox Enforcement is a joke, the people that are given the privilege of deciding whether or not to ban an individual player are no better than the people that scam, network manipulate, and report people for no reason on xbox live. I've been a loyal xbox customer
    since I was a kid, after all the times i backed up xbox in the "which console is better" arguments, I would have never imagined the day I would be 100% determined to cut all ties to xbox. This post is for MANAGEMENT to see, I want you to know that people within
    your employment are NOT doing their jobs, therefore, YOU are not doing your job. I've been banned before, I didn't think it was very necessary, but i accepted it and went on for a week without being able to hardly do anything. I realized pretty quick that
    whatever it is that's not appropriate on xbox live, its not worth the punishment they give you... So I respected xbox code of conduct rules, and because I was raised with good morals i never really had a desire to mess with people on xbox, I "knew" i would
    never get banned again... Turns out within that time i found multiple people scamming others out of items and MONEY on xbox live, needless to say i reported them, maybe that was my way of trying to help xbox enforcement get the stank out of their eyes so they
    could see the people they really should be banning. Turns out... NONE of them were EVER banned... Now, today i got scammed, reported him, and guess what happens?..............Wait for it.................................... I GET BANNED FROM XBOX LIVE??? AGAIN???!!!
    This time...FOR 2 WEEKS??!.. Im banned, and I can't even get passed the TRICK QUESTIONS to FILE A CASE REPORT? I can't even get in touch with management? People just say there is NOTHING they can do?? What is this? It's PATHETIC. Someone should be fired, I'll
    be calling all day tomorrow, working my way up supervisor to supervisor, and I'll make sure I can let as many people as i can know that my suspension is unjustified, and that I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. Your principles are to make xbox live a good place for
    everyone, from my experience, you've only punished good people who have been loyal to you, and all those scammers, all those people that turn off your internet because you won't give them something you earned playing and PAYING for xbox live.... they all stay,
    doing the same things daily... XBOX ENFORCEMENT, XBOX MANAGEMENT, YOU ARE A JOKE, PLEASE TRY TO CHANGE MY MIND. And while you're at it, remove my suspension, and get a hold on your employees, I'll be looking for a PS4 immediately.

    You cannot change the xbox account associated to the email, but you can change your gamertag, is this your question?
