Discus and support "Manage Payment Options" on console doesnt work.. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; "Manage Payment Options" on console doesnt work..     I can purchase stuff from marketplace web site, but the console says "credit card info unavailable"

    SAme error when I go to "manage payment options" on console... error

    Cannot access "Manage Payment Options" page

    Is it completely solved, Soticoto? If not, http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:1
    lets you click on Request A Call to have the very next Billing agent call you, and it puts you at the head of the queue ahead of regular callers. It's kinda slick.

    Sorry to hear it. You should check commerce.microsoft.com to make sure everything's alright with your card. If you can't find the answer there then give phone support a call for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

    If your account was suspended due to payment option then you would need to contact xbox support here.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    There is an option to get them to call you back. Also don't select the ambassador option because they can't help you with this issue.
