Malicious user report got me banned from vc

So I was playing DBD and a player sends a message after the game telling me that what I did was against the rules and that he, and I quote, "would buy me some rope and i could jump from his house". I sternly explain my actions and send him a rather sternly
worded message to screw off (nothing against rules) and he calls me a [mod removed]. He reports my last message and sends a new message saying "btw, enjoy the nice vc ban". He later then proceeds to harass me continuously and when he notices that I can no
longer communicate, he continues to berate me and says "[mod removed], IMAGINE THE VC BAN WORKING RIGHT AWAY. TOLD YOU KIDDOOOOO. NOW GET BETTER AT DBD AND TUNNEL LESS, MAYBE YOULL BE LOVED MORE". This was a malicious report filed in response to me beating
him at the game, but I have no way of getting it appealed or removing the strike from my profile. How to i get this overturned as i was clearly not in the wrong. I have 100% incontrovertible proof, but have no outlets to reach out to. How do I get this solved,
who do I need to reach out to?

That's seriously the only option I have? Xbox allows 1 bad nut to ruin it for everyone else? This is outrageous, I report the dude for telling me to
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate], and I'm the one that gets vc banned? That's

It's a 1 day but I cant chat with any of my friends, create lobbies, or do anything social. The fact that its limited reviews to only +24hr is ridiculous, that's guilty until proven innocent, but except here, theres no way to show innocence. They just expect
us to admit guilt when you did nothing wrong and denied the opportunity to show otherwise

The best way to handle it, is just to ignore them, report them, then block them. That way you aren't violating any TOS or Xbox Live Code of Conduct.

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem, unfortunately we are unable to assist through the forums for any enforcement actions. When you say you are unable to appeal what is the reason for that? You should be able to go through the Enforcement Website
to submit a case review for most enforcement actions unless it's permanently or a 1 day suspension.

Please visit the
Enforcement website so that you may submit a case review.

For future reference, I would advise that you simply ignore any messages from other users attempting to upset you, the best thing that you can do would be to report their messages if you feel that you are being harassed by the other user.
