    Making sure these emails are legit..


    My account was hacked, and then disabled, I spoke to live chat and was told to fill out a reinstatement form, and when I did I got back 2 emails almost instantly, of which I want to make sure are legit before I give any important information to.

    And to note, yes the SIR number provided is the same for both emails

    The admins have to unlock everything for - you get full access pretty fast, but they still want to make sure you are a real person who is legit. I have never heard of it taking more than 24 hours. Make sure you click on the activation email you receive
