Making an account doesn't work

I'm trying to make a Microsoft account for my mum but every time I I put in a phone number when I'm right about to finish it says we have sent the code to +4457 I can't remember the rest of the numbers but still how am I ment to get the code if I don't
know where it's going

A verification code will ordinarily be sent to the phone number that you provide when you create the account.

Does the number in the "We have sent the code to +4457..." message match the phone number you provided, or is it completely different?

There's a slot on the front of the console.You just put the disc in the slot.It'll pull the disc in once it's in about a quarter of the way.

There is no disc tray.To eject the disc there's a little button on the right side of the slot.
