    i recently got a xbox gift card so I could get V-Bucks
    on fortnite. Unfortunatly when i tried to redeem it i could not buy the V-bucks. it said that the money was on my Microsoft account if i went to payment and billing options but everytime i tried to buy something
    it just gave me the options like selecting paypal a visa card or redeeming a new code Making a purchase with credit from Microsoft account :( if someone knows the solution to this please let me know.

    If you're trying to purchase it with your Microsoft account balance, or you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, you'd need a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.

    How did this REWARD work?

    You just have to make your first purchase in the store using currency from your Microsoft account balance (credit card/Paypal purchases won't qualify). Once you make an eligible purchase, credits will show as pending about 96 hours after the purchase.

    How did you make the purchase? In order to qualify for that offer, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/PayPal purchases are not eligible.

    If you did make the purchase using currency, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the purchase.
