    When I try to make a mircosoft account for Minecraft on My Play Station 4, when I log in, it says that my account was locked for breaking the Code of condoct, I believe, but, when I Enter a phone number for the code, when I put the code in, it said the code
    expired, even though I had just gotten the code and put it in, I need help to un-block my account.

    If your account got locked for breaking the code of conduct, then you did something wrong or to be more specific, you broke one of the rules. You said you are trying to create an account and that it was locked, I don't know what to say about that part.
    If you are trying to create a Microsoft account, it shouldn't be already locked. And you are trying to get a code? When breaking the code of conduct and getting your account locked, there is no code to put in to get it un-locked. If you are trying to get your
    account un-locked, I am not sure you can so you might have to create another one.

    Sorry to hear/read you having problems try logging into your email address that the account is linked to on mircosoft account. Press the image that appears in the right top and go to mircosoft account and go to security that should help you get it sorted
    out :).

    It's not Mircosoft, it's because you probably have a lock on your account.
