Making a complaint about misusing my personal data

Will do it anyway, starting from the end of December, once my work no longer requires me to use Teams. Moving over to Linux again anyway.

Kinda fed up with the scummy telemetry options, and all the data collecting. Funny thing is, I just read about the $20 Million lawsuit Microsoft faced (and the reason for their email), since they've been illegally collecting data from children.

And recently, the second class action lawsuit against Microsoft and OpenAI for misusing personal information of users.

These alone should be ground for providing data deletion, I don't want to have my info to belong to such a company.

At any rate, I'm out of this whole thing, guess the best way is to completely delete my entire account.

So I just got off the phone with customer service to try to launch a complaint about this process. But to launch a complaint I have to do through the advocacy team members who are the ones who are actually working on this already.

That's like trying to complain about my order at a fast food place but the person who fulfilled my order won't let me talk to the manager or anyone else about it, my complaint has to go directly to them, making it pointless and ineffective. So I can't talk
to anyone other than the advocacy team and they won't give me and concrete information about anything.

Maybe it's just how it's worded, but I'm not exactly clear on what it is you are asking.

If it's about the misuse of someone else's account, or just general "policing" of the Xbox community, there are tools already available to you. You can report such activity, directly from the console.

Lol what? Just file a damn complaint if it'll make you feel better.

Seems you are not the only person he has kicked or hacked. He shut my internet down for a few hours while my bf was on my xbox playing gta. He was harassing some people so my bf told him off and he literally said he was going to permanently shut my internet
down. /: I have found several complaints about them.. Make sure you file a proper complaint on them. Thanks.
