    Do you need to take back the city from Templar's first? And after you send them to a city, can you train a new recruit?

    How do you get the "Drag villagers to work" achievement for weapons??

    Or if you make the mines in the desert city, or around the lake when it's logged. I don't remember if you need to talk to someone first, or if you can just drag.
