    Hi everyone!!!

    I just bought a live gold membership for a month and i cant play my games because its saying to buy a gold membership...do i need to activate something somewhere?

    Mentions:i recived the billing email.i tried all those things from youtube(unplug the console.quit the game,restart console,restart modem...basically everything but nothing works.

    Hello,

    i activated my 1month gold that i got with the xbox i bought. But it says that i dont have subscription to live. "Make sure your subscription is active". Xbox.com says that i have active subscription - but i still cant play in Live.

    My last 14days period worked fine.

    How should i fix it?

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    Does the subscription show as active here? account.microsoft.com/services

    If it does, then I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

    - Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    - Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

    - Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

    If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - Choose Keep Games and Apps

    Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

    Game started working eventually.... just left it on the error screen and about 10 minutes later it all the sudden started to load. :(. Thanks for the help.

    Sorry for the issue with the games with gold. You can first make sure your subscription is active by going to settings>account>subscriptions. Make sure the Xbox live gold says active. If it doesn't then you need Xbox live. Also are you getting any other
    errors?
