    just to make sure

    If you get put into one via normal match making you should leave it instantly by either going to the Xbox 360 dashboard, or switching off your console.

    I wouldn't risk private party games. Even if you leave right away. There is no way to know if the lobby or game is modded. Just play public matches.

    If you haven't already, you'd need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    If you are caught in a modded lobby by the PET you will be summarily banned from live with your gamertag. They no longer give any distinction between whether you got there accidentally or not.
